Our prints are made to be durable. If your canvas does gather any dust, you may wipe it off gently with a clean, damp cloth.

Our canvas print ship with pre-attached sawtooth hangers. We do not recommend modifying or adding other mounting hardway such as wire or cable. Even on the large 20x60 and 32x48 prints, the installed hardware is more than sufficient.

Our prints are made using only premium quality materials. Our canvas and inks are formulated to work together to provide the highest quality, longest lasting product available. Our print lab has theirr own in-house UV test chamber and continually test materials to ensure that color will stand the test of time and last as long as or longer than any other canvas prints available.

Our prints are made to order and can take 2-4 days to produce. When finished, your new print will ship via UPS with tracking from the mid-west. Most shipping times are 1-3 days depending on your location.

Damaged art does not belong on a wall! If you receive a damaged print or have a problem, don't worry. Please contact us A.S.A.P. You will be asked to provide picture of the damage or problem so we can handle it quickly make sure you are fully satisfied.

After you have made a digital purchase you will receive an email with a link to your download. This link is active for 30 day after purchase.

Our customers keep surprising us all the time with creative new ideas. The .JPG and .PNG files work fine for direct printing on stationery, clothing etc. The .SVG and .EPS versions are vector based and great for resizing. The .SVG is used mostly with cutting machines like Cricut or Glowforge. We have even had more than one customer use a file for a tattoo. Only limit is your imagination.

All of our download files will include the following format versions: .jpg, .png, .svg & .eps. Each zip file will have a minimum of 4 files. Depending on the versions included, you may have upwards of 24 files in some downloads.

Our retail designs are made for personal use. Commercial licensing is available for most designs. We charge 20.00 per image. This would allow use of a file for business and creation of merchandise like shirts, hats and more. You may also use it for company logo design. We prep the files a little different. We remove any company or manufacture emblems and markings from files. Please contact us for more info.

At this time unfortunatly no. Most machine software does include the ability to convert png, svg and eps files into their own DXF files.

Sorry but we do not offer refunds on digital products due to their nature. If you are unsatisfied with your files, please contact us and we will see what we can do or if we can modify them if need be.
